Hi, I’m Fia.
I’m an author, professor, and communications specialist helping nonprofit and educational organizations create meaningful, transparent lines of interdepartmental and client-facing communication with proven success building marketing and enrollment strategies.
My Approach
Clear Communication
I believe that clear, concise, and strategic communication builds trust between leaders, staff, and clients. That’s why I use simple yet impactful language to stabilize organizations in times of transition.
Targeted Marketing Campaigns
Understanding my audience is my first step in understanding how to best serve your organization. I use meticulous research methods to become an expert in both your clients and in your organization’s culture. This allows me to learn the most effective marketing strategy for your unique organization.
Passionate Leadership & Community Engagement
I am passionate about serving my community through my creative skills and leadership abilities. I deeply value education, the arts, and community programming. I build strong and lasting relationships with community partners through event-planning, presentations, newsletters, and face-to-face interactions to establish trust and expand outreach. These partnerships result in creating common community goals, client referrals, and increased awareness of events and programming.
