Hi, I’m Fia.

I help organizations create meaningful and transparent lines of interdepartmental and client-facing communication.

My Approach

Clear Communication

I believe that clear communication builds trust between leaders, staff, and clients. That’s why I use simple yet impactful language to stabilize organizations in times of transition.

Targeted Communication

Understanding my audience is my first step in understanding how to best serve your organization. I use meticulous research methods to become an expert in both your clients and in your organization’s culture. This allows me to learn the most effective method of communication for your unique organization.
