Course Review for Writing Children’s and Young Adult Literature: “Fia was very responsive and accommodating. She was open and available to working with students on their drafts outside of class time. I really appreciate all her thoughtful edits and suggestions. This course provided the structure and information to move the needle from idea to action. Fia also shared theoretical knowledge that helped me reframe my approach so that the writing is more developmentally appropriate. I appreciated the discussion format and Fia's flexibility - she tailored classes to the group's interest. This class was a wonderful experience!”
