Project Management

These images display a sample project management workflow system using Google Sheets (combined with links to Google Forms) that I have created for internal use at Vermont Adult Learning to coordinate the creation, student registration, scheduling, room reservation, marketing, and enrollment tracking aspects of in-person courses.

I also create and manage project management workflow systems for events.

These project management systems are used regionally by the Communications & Onboarding Specialist (Fia), the Regional Director, the Center Coordinator, Instructors, Educational Advisors, and Volunteer Coordinators.
